These Policies explain how we work with you day to day. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service apply.

Free Trial Policy

We may offer a free trial so you can experience the Services before committing. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan will automatically begin and you will be billed as set out in our Billing Policy below.

Billing and Subscription Policy

Current pricing for each plan is shown on our Plans page. Plans are billed on a recurring bi-weekly subscription basis, and a one-time setup fee applies when you start. Fees are stated in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

By starting a plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may pause the Services until payment is received. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

We may change our pricing from time to time. A price change will not affect your current billing cycle, and we will give you notice before it takes effect.

Money-Back Guarantee Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on setup fees. Eligible setup fees are refunded within 3–14 days after cancellation. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us through our Contact page. Your plan will be fully cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will keep access to the Services until then.

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach our Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Services. Any fees owed up to the cancellation date remain payable.

Content and Delivery Policy

To deliver your content on time, we ask that you:

Take part in scheduled filming sessions and provide the time and information we need.

Make sure you have the rights to any locations, people, products, logos, or materials shown in your content.

Respond to requests for approval or feedback in a reasonable time.

Missed sessions, late approvals, or missing materials may affect delivery timelines.

Content Ownership Policy

Once we have delivered your final content and your account is in good standing, you own the final delivered content and may use it for your business. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, and processes. We may also use the content we create for you, along with your business name and logo, in our portfolio and marketing — unless you ask us in writing not to. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Communication and Support Policy

You'll have a direct line to us during your plan, plus access to our weekly private community Q&A. Plans may also include a monthly one-on-one strategy call.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services and the content we create lawfully, and not for anything misleading, harmful, or in breach of any social platform's rules. We are not responsible for the actions, outages, or policy changes of third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Results Disclaimer

We work hard to create high-quality content, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as a set number of views, followers, leads, or sales. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market and your participation.

Changes to These Policies

We may update these Policies from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will give you reasonable notice.
