Billing & The Trial
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get the full service from day one: planning, filming, editing, posting. The only thing charged at the start is the one-time setup fee. Cancel before the trial ends and it's refunded in full — you pay nothing at all. If you stay, your first monthly payment is charged on day 15.
How does billing work after the trial?
One simple monthly subscription. Billed monthly, no long-term contract. All prices are CAD, before HST.
What is the setup fee?
A one-time fee for your plan. It covers your strategy, brand setup, and getting every channel built and ready. You only pay it when your trial begins.
How do I cancel?
Send us an email, that's it. Your plan ends at the close of the current billing month, with no cancellation fee. Your zone opens up to other contractors once you leave.
How do I get on the leader plan?
Leader is by invitation only, there's no buy button. It's offered to Builder clients whose results and market make a region-wide takeover realistic. Start on Builder and we'll tell you when it makes sense.

It's a free 15-minute pre-screening call. A fit-check, not a pitch. We look at your trade, your zone, and your goals and tell you honestly whether this works for your business and which plan fits. If it's not a fit, we say so on the call.
How much of my time does this take?
One filming day a month for Starter. Builder films more often and in multiple sessions. That one day of filming becomes weeks of shorts and posts through the Content Waterfall designed for you. We handle editing, captions, thumbnails, and posting from there.
Do I need to be good on camera?
No. We coach you through every session and tell you exactly what to say. You know your trade, that's the only part we can't do for you. Most clients feel comfortable by the first shoot.
What is a strategy call?
A working session where we review what's performing and set direction for the next stretch: Topics, offers, and where to push. Starter includes one every quarter; Builder reviews more often as part of the Performance Loop.
