How do I get started?

Book a call with us. We'll walk through your business, show you how everything works, and get your content system set up. From there, we plan your first filming day. (Check our "Plans Page" for Subscription Options.)

What happens right after I sign up?

We set up or connect your social media pages, plan your first filming session, and coach you on exactly what to film. You don't have to figure anything out on your own.

Do I need any experience with social media or video?

No. We built this for people starting from zero. We set up your pages, coach your filming, and handle the posting, so you start with a complete system already in place.

Do you set up my social media accounts for me?

Yes. If you don't have pages yet, we set them up. If you already do, we connect to them.

How long until everything is up and running?

We get you going quickly after onboarding. Typically 5 to 7 days.

Filming

Do I need to be good on camera?

Not at all. We coach you live through sessions and tell you exactly what to say and do. Most clients feel comfortable by their first shoot.

How much of my time does this take?

About four to six hours of filming, all on one day a week. We handle the editing, captions, thumbnails, and posting from there.

What do I need on filming day?

Just yourself and a bit of time and some filming material:
1. Phone Camera (Resolution 1080p)
2. Soft Light (Window's Daylight or A Lamp)
3. Microphone (Lav Mic $20)

What if I don't know what to say on camera?

We've got you. We coach you live, give you the questions to answer, and guide you through it so you sound natural and confident.

What do I actually film about?

The questions your customers are already asking. We plan the topics with you so every video answers something a local homeowner wants to know.

Do you come to me to film, or do I film myself?

This is "done-with-you" filming. You film, and we coach you live (Online) through the whole session so it's simple and stress-free.

What if I miss a filming day or go on vacation?

Just let us know 10-days before your agenda, and we will take care of the rest for you.

Can I film more than once a week?

One focused session a week is all we need to create a full week of content.

What You Get

What do I actually get each week?

A batch of edited short videos from your filming day — each one captioned, given a custom thumbnail, and posted across your platforms — plus a performance report.

How many videos do I get?

It depends on your plan (the number of long-form videos and shorts per day varies). You can see exactly what each plan includes on our "Plans Page".

Which platforms do you post to?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Threads, with syndication to others. We focus your content where your customers actually are.

Do you write the captions and make the thumbnails?

Yes. Every clip is edited, captioned, and given a custom thumbnail so your content looks professional and stops the scroll.

Do you post everything for me, or do I post it myself?

We post everything for you across your platforms. You don't have to lift a finger after filming.

Do I get long-form videos too?

Yes, depending on your plan. Each plan includes a set number of long-form videos along with your shorts.

Can I use the videos in my ads or on my website too?

Yes, the content we create is yours to use however helps your business.

How soon will I see results?

Content builds momentum over time as more local homeowners find and follow you. We track what's working from day one and report back so you can see the progress.

Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or views?

We focus on consistent, high-quality content and honest reporting rather than promising specific numbers.

How do you measure success?

We send you a simple report each cycle showing how your content is performing and what's bringing in calls, so you always know what's working.

What if the content isn't getting engagement?

We watch the numbers and adjust the strategy, and we review it together on your strategy call. This is an ongoing partnership, not a set-and-forget service.

Will this actually get me more calls?

What is the one-time setup fee for?

It covers onboarding — setting up your pages, building your strategy, and getting your whole content system running.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

It lets you try the service before you commit.

What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?

If you're not happy in your first 30 days. We give back your setup fee in full. (No-Questions Asked)

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

All agreements and contracts are completed in the first week of our onboarding.

How do I cancel?

Are there any extra or hidden costs?

After a piece of content is completely edited, there's a 7-day grace period before it is posted.

What if I want changes to a video?

After the grace period starts, we have five days to change anything.

Who owns the videos and footage?

The content we create for you is yours.
